These terms govern your use of jobs.hirewithnear.com (the “Service”), the careers site operated by Hire With Near (“we”, “us”). By browsing jobs, creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a work agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for professionals seeking roles with our client companies.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has accessed it. You may close your account at any time from the account page.
Everything you submit, including your resume, profile details and application answers, must be truthful, accurate and yours to share. You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant us permission to store it, process it and share it with our recruiting team and with the client companies you apply to, so we can evaluate and present your candidacy.
Some roles use an AI assistant that asks about your experience and may invite you to record a short spoken answer. Recording is optional. Your answers may be reviewed automatically to help us assess fit for the role, and that assessment can affect whether an application moves forward. No hiring decision is final without human involvement, and you can ask us to review an outcome by writing to the address below. Details on what we store and for how long are in our Privacy Policy.
Do not scrape or bulk-download the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, impersonate another person or company, or submit fraudulent or automated applications. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.
Listings reflect openings at our client companies and can change or be withdrawn at any time. Using the Service does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. Hiring decisions belong to the client company, and terms of employment are agreed directly between you and that company.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that listings are complete at any given moment.
To the extent permitted by law, Hire With Near is not liable for hiring decisions made by client companies, for lost opportunities, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Hire With Near name, logo, site design and content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. This does not affect the ownership you keep over the content you submit.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we need to protect the Service, our candidates or our clients.
We may update these terms over time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision, and material changes get an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
