What We Usually Look For
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with ownership of channels and budgets.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience marketing to the U.S. market is highly valued.
- Proven track record of hitting targets on CAC, ROAS, pipeline, or revenue.
- Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic), SEO, email/CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills: building reports, running A/B tests, and turning data into decisions (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Bonus: agency experience managing multiple U.S. clients, or DTC/e-commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon).
