What We Usually Look For
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, owning delivery end to end.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working with U.S. companies or teams is highly valued.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, or improving processes with measurable results.
- Experience building and documenting processes, managing vendors, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with project and ops tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Bonus: PMP or similar certification, or industry experience in construction, solar/energy, e-commerce supply chain, or agency operations.
