About the Company:

Amplifyed is a U.S.-based SEO agency. The team has established processes and is looking to make its operations more consistent and efficient as it grows.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an SEO Operations Manager to improve how the agency runs. You’ll report to Scott, the owner, and work closely with Brandon, the SEO Director. This is an internal operations role: you won’t need to perform SEO work or meet with clients, but you will need to understand SEO agency workflows well enough to improve them.

You’ll first learn the team’s processes and identify gaps, then lead improvements from planning through implementation. There are no direct reports at present, but you’ll need experience guiding people and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

You Will:

• Review and improve SEO agency workflows, processes, and documentation.

• Identify operational gaps and lead practical, project-by-project improvements.

• Explore and implement useful AI-driven efficiencies.

• Work with Scott and Brandon to align operations with service delivery.

• Help employees adopt processes, addressing obstacles with clear, constructive communication.

• Test new processes and make sure they work in practice.

About You:

Your Background:

• Experience managing operations within an SEO agency. No minimum number of years was agreed during the kickoff call.

• Strong knowledge of SEO workflows and agency processes.

• Experience improving and implementing processes, including guiding people through change.

• Practical experience with AI tools; expertise in a particular tool is not required.

• Fluent written and spoken English; C1 is preferred, particularly for writing processes and collaborating across the team.

• Self-sufficient, solution-oriented, kind, reliable, and punctual.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ClickUp or a similar project-management platform.

• Experience introducing AI tools into agency operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 USD/month, depending on experience.

• Guided unlimited PTO, observed U.S. holidays, and a company closure during the last week of the year.

• Flexible working hours, to be agreed based on location, with sufficient overlap for colleagues across U.S. time zones.
