Executive Assistant to the CEO
About Us
At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company
Our client is a women-owned commercial flooring contractor in New York State, installing everything from carpet and luxury vinyl to tile, resinous floors and polished concrete for hospitals, schools, government buildings, offices and multifamily projects. It's MWBE-certified, holds a New York State contract, and has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies five times.
About the Role
You will run the CEO's day. You will own a busy calendar that mixes work meetings, travel, and her three kids' activities. You will keep it precise, never double-booked, and always one step ahead.
You will also manage a busy inbox of about 50 emails a day. You will bring the important items to the top and draft replies for her review. Over time, you may send some replies directly. You will also support a second executive, about 20 to 30 percent of your time.
This role fits someone who thinks ahead instead of reacting. You pick up the phone to make things happen, take direct feedback well, and apply it right away.
