Account Executive (Construction Software)
About Us
At Near, we help top Latin American talent find remote roles with US companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company
Our client builds all-in-one construction management software for residential builders, remodelers, and general contractors. It covers projects, scheduling, estimates, budgets, and finances. The company serves about 300 customers in the US, Canada, and Australia, is profitable, and has grown about 100% a year.
About the Role
As the Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with small and mid-size construction companies, mostly in the US. You will run demos for inbound leads from marketing and build your own pipeline through outbound calls and emails. Then you will negotiate and close the deals.
This is the company's first sales hire, and you will report directly to the founder. Deals move fast: buyers often decide the day after a demo or after one more meeting. You will have about four scheduled meetings a day and use the rest of your time to prospect. You will use AI tools every day for research, notes and call reviews.
We are looking for someone who knows construction and how construction software works. You enjoy testing new ideas to find what works, and you want to close a lot and earn well through commission.
