Job Description
About Us:
At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
Our client is a US manufacturer of premium powder-coated garage door hardware, including springs, hinges, rollers and complete kits. They sell 100% B2B through an authorized dealer program, an enterprise program and distributor partnerships across the continental US.
They operate two brands and are launching a new patent-pending modular hardware system that reaches dealers in about three days, compared to roughly 12 weeks for custom powder coating today. The roadmap includes OEM drop-ship partners, and later homeowners through dealers, Amazon and big box retail.
They run a lean team by design and rely on automation and AI over headcount. Paid ads already generate leads at USD 10-20 per form fill; the gap is converting and following up on them.
This is a builder role, not an advisory one. You'll run the ads, fix the tracking, build the automations and direct the people and vendors who support them. You won't manage the sales team; you'll equip it with clean leads, routing and signals on who to call next.
You'll work with the National Sales Director, the Operations Director, a Marketing Specialist, an outside UX/UI designer, a Meta ads specialist and Zoho developers. Technical SEO, website development and organic social are handled by other teams.
Paid acquisition and conversion
Run and optimize paid campaigns, Meta first, aimed at installers, service companies and dealers, and direct the outside Meta ads specialist.
Test creative, messaging, positioning and audiences, and run remarketing and re-engagement campaigns.
Own landing pages and lead forms: brief the UX/UI designer, ship page variations and improve form usability.
Fix the chatbot-to-human handoff so chat leads reach a person fast.
Build offers that drive calls, such as retail display kits and dealer starter packages.
Funnel tracking and attribution
Map every lead source (ad forms, site forms, chatbot, calls) and report where leads leak.
Fix Meta lead capture, the Meta-to-CRM integration, conversion events and UTM conventions.
Tie every dollar of spend to a source, a deal and revenue in the CRM.
CRM and marketing automation
Set up lead routing, assignment rules, notifications and booking links so meetings land on the closer's calendar.
Build lead scoring and segments by customer type and geography.
Run email campaigns end to end, from list cleanup to sending and reply tracking.
Direct the CRM developers on fixes and integrations, and evaluate whether to keep the current CRM or switch, based on data.
Multi-channel nurture and follow-up (email and SMS)
Design and run one coordinated follow-up sequence for every new lead across email, SMS and sales calls.
Make sure every new lead receives an automated text and email within minutes, followed by a scheduled cadence of touches.
Build separate tracks by customer type (dealer, service company, distributor) and stage (new lead, no-show, quoted but not closed, past customer).
Set up SMS compliance, including opt-in capture and opt-out handling.
Report touches per lead, reply rate by channel and booked calls by sequence, and improve weak steps monthly.
Sales enablement
Give sales a prioritized daily call list based on engagement signals.
Run outreach to past customers when a new product launches.
Meet weekly with sales on pipeline, objections and campaign results.
Planning and reporting
Send a weekly sprint summary with work completed, results, open items and next priorities.
Keep OKRs and priorities current in ClickUp.
Join a daily sync with the CEO during ramp-up and a weekly sales and marketing sync.
Direct the Marketing Specialist and outside vendors to deadlines.
Build the go-to-market plan for the new product line across dealers, OEM partners and distributors.
Days 1-14: start producing from day one, deliver quick wins and audit the tech stack, ad accounts, landing pages and attribution.
Days 15-45: fix lead capture and the Meta-to-CRM integration, launch landing page tests and the email and SMS nurture sequence.
Days 46-90: roll out lead scoring and daily call lists for sales, run outreach on new products and deliver the go-to-market plan.
Success is measured by booked calls and revenue, reported weekly, not by activity.
5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, growth or performance marketing.
CRM and marketing automation (Zoho, HubSpot or similar): lead routing, scoring, and multi-step email and SMS nurture sequences built by you.
Funnel tracking and attribution: Meta-to-CRM integration, conversion events and UTMs.
Hands-on Meta Ads experience, able to optimize campaigns and direct an ads specialist.
Proven B2B lead generation results with clear metrics, working closely with sales teams.
Advanced English and experience working with US companies.
Experience marketing to dealers, distributors or trades, such as building products, HVAC or tools.
SMS compliance experience (10DLC).
Experience launching new products.
Experience with ClickUp.
Full-time, remote.
Compensation: USD 4,500 to 6,000 per month.
Performance bonus tied to marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline targets.
Reports directly to the CEO.
