About the Role
We are seeking an AP/AR Generalist to join our client’s Finance team. This person will support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, assisting with billing, vendor inquiries, and contract review. The role involves working with Salesforce integrated with NetSuite, supporting AP and AR team members in the US, and helping maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, organized, and able to manage transactional AP/AR activities efficiently. Strong English comprehension and communication skills are important, and German language skills would be a valuable plus for supporting the client’s German subsidiary.
Responsibilities
Support AP activities including invoice review, vendor inquiries, and payment workflows.
Assist AR operations with billing, cash application, and reconciliations.
Review contracts and ensure accurate entry of details into Salesforce.
Collaborate with AP and AR team members in the US (Kim and René).
Maintain accurate AP/AR documentation and organized financial records.
Work with NetSuite and Salesforce systems as needed.
Communicate with internal teams to clarify billing and contract details.
Support month?end and year?end close processes for AP/AR.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.
Experience with billing, contract review, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Good English comprehension and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage AP/AR responsibilities remotely.
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with different teams.
Nice to Have
German language skills to support vendor communications with the client’s German subsidiary.
Experience with Salesforce integrated with NetSuite.
Experience supporting multinational entities.
