About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – Tier 3 Support to handle complex production issues, provide advanced technical support, and build and maintain integrations connecting the company's platform with third-party systems.
The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience, hands-on production troubleshooting skills, and the ability to investigate root causes and implement permanent solutions. Experience with VR/XR is not required, but familiarity with these technologies is a plus.
This is a full-time opportunity for a LATAM-based professional, with an expected salary range of $6,000–$7,000 USD per month.
Responsibilities
Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for issues that Tier 1 and Tier 2 support cannot resolve.
Reproduce, debug, and resolve complex production issues across frontend, backend, and platform components.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems and implement permanent fixes.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and third-party integrations, including webhooks, OAuth, and data mapping.
Develop and maintain services connecting the platform with partner systems, including clinical and healthcare platforms where applicable.
Write technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to help support teams resolve issues independently.
Participate in on-call or escalation rotations and help improve monitoring, alerting, and logging.
Collaborate with the engineering team on full-stack features and integration improvements.
Work closely with Product, Clinical Operations, Customer Support, and the core engineering team to improve platform reliability and resolve technical issues.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-stack development experience, including production experience with both frontend and backend.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in Node.js and a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
Experience designing, building, and debugging RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and query optimization.
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and logging and monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting production systems and a methodical approach to debugging complex issues.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leveraging LLM software development tools while keeping code changes organized and intentional.
Nice to Have
Experience with Unity, C#, or other XR development tools and SDKs.
Familiarity with VR/XR hardware, Android-based devices, and device management platforms.
Background in healthcare technology and familiarity with HIPAA and protected health information (PHI).
Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR, or EHR integrations.
Experience building internal tools that help support teams work more independently.
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
