Our client, Rankings.io, provides end-to-end search engine marketing services for law firms seeking growth. Its work spans campaign builds, technical optimization, and keyword strategy across Google PPC, Google LSA, Microsoft Ads, and emerging search channels.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Paid Search Specialist to oversee paid search campaigns from planning through performance analysis. You’ll work with leadership and account managers to set campaign goals, manage budgets, and improve results across multiple client campaigns.
You Will:
Plan paid search campaigns, including goals, timelines, audience needs, design, and content.
Collaborate with leadership and account managers on campaign strategy.
Conduct or direct market research and contribute to basic landing page design and content.
Oversee Google LSA account setup, optimization, and lead rating.
Manage ad budgets with a focus on expenses and return on investment.
Analyze campaign results and identify improvements for future campaigns.
Lead team brainstorming on campaign concepts and best practices.
Implement conversion tracking, including CallRail numbers, account linking, and basic GTM.
About You:
Your Background:
1–3 years of paid search advertising experience, with an emphasis on Google PPC and Google LSA.
In-depth understanding of marketing and paid advertising best practices.
Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills.
Effective writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage several campaigns at once and collaborate with clients and other departments.
Leadership, goal-setting, project management, and decision-making skills.
Comfort using campaign tracking and scheduling software.
Nice to Have:
Experience in legal, finance, or another restricted vertical.
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Lead Docket.
