About the Role:
We’re looking for an Engagement Manager who combines strategic mastery with executive presence and confidence. You’ll own client relationships, manage end-to-end program delivery, and collaborate with engineering pods to translate technical work into quantifiable business value. This role requires someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with C-level executives (CEOs and CTOs) of U.S.-based companies.
You Will:
Serve as the primary client contact for executive-level clients, managing a high-touch book of business (4 to 7 clients simultaneously).
Own program delivery, coordinating closely with engineering teams to build and deploy AI solutions.
Translate technical delivery and client business requirements into specific tasks and quantifiable business value.
Nurture and grow existing accounts while identifying and leading new opportunities.
Define project scopes, timelines, and budgets from initial client conversations.
About You:
Your Background:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business development, or senior account/project management.
Strong executive presence and presentation skills—comfortable leading conversations and building rapport with C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs).
Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, scoping deliverables, and liaising with technical teams.
Native or near-native English proficiency with clear communication and a strong vocabulary.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience working within AI implementation firms or similar tech-driven delivery teams.
Background in business development or enterprise sales demonstrating strategic maturity.
Prior experience managing AI implementation projects.
