About the Company:
Our client is Catalyst Marketing, a Denver-based digital marketing agency with a distributed team. Its creative team produces work for established clients, including B2B technology companies.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to take on day-to-day design work for a couple of established clients. You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with an Art Director, another designer, account managers, and project managers. This is a hands-on digital design execution role—not a branding, logo design, or new-business role.
You Will:
Create digital ads, eBooks, website landing pages, and other recurring client deliverables.
Apply established brand guidelines and build well-organized, production-ready files.
Participate in internal reviews, incorporate feedback, and meet agreed deadlines.
Attend relevant team meetings and collaborate through Slack and Asana.
About You:
Your Background:
A strong graphic design portfolio and approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong Figma skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience building files correctly for digital production, not just developing concepts.
Experience working with U.S.-based or Canadian agencies.
Fluent English for collaboration with a distributed team.
Availability for agreed meeting times and ownership of deliverables and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for B2B technology clients.
PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT.
Compensation & Benefits:
$1,200 - $1,500 USD/month for the initial 20-hour/week arrangement; rate for additional hours will be confirmed.
There is potential to move to full-time if the work volume continues and the arrangement is a strong fit for both sides.
