Job Description
At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
Our client is a growing luxury short-term rental management company focused on delivering high-quality experiences for property owners and guests. The company manages luxury properties and coordinates the people, systems, and processes required to keep operations running smoothly. As the business grows, the team is focused on strengthening its operational infrastructure, improving accountability, and creating a more consistent and scalable approach to managing properties and projects.
Join our US client as an Operations & Project Manager and help drive the execution and accountability behind their growing luxury short-term rental operation.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who can take ownership of projects and operational priorities from start to finish. This person will coordinate with internal team members, property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure commitments are followed through, systems remain up to date, and potential issues are identified early.
You will work closely with leadership and play an important role in bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to the day-to-day operation.
Note: This is a remote, contractor role.
Own operational projects and priorities from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are met.
Coordinate and follow up with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across CRM, project management, and operational systems.
Manage project milestones, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Monitor team accountability and proactively identify delays, blockers, or risks before they become larger issues.
Coordinate property launches, operational initiatives, and cross-functional handoffs.
Review agreements, proposals, documents, and other operational materials with a high level of attention to detail.
Support CRM and sales operations, ensuring relevant information and follow-ups are properly documented.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, SOPs, and team efficiency.
Provide leadership with clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and outstanding items.
2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or a similar role with ownership of outcomes.
1+ year of experience coordinating or managing other people's work.
Experience managing multiple priorities and consistently driving tasks through completion.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with agreements, proposals, documents, and operational information.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to hold people accountable professionally.
Experience using CRM, project management, spreadsheets, or other operational systems.
Demonstrated ability to keep systems accurate, clean, and updated on a daily basis.
Experience with short-term rentals, property management, hospitality, or real estate is a strong plus.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Close is a plus.
Experience with PMS or project management tools such as Hostaway, OwnerRez, Track, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
Basic Canva or design skills are a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with luxury property owners.
Strong judgment, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can change.
Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with Arizona business hours every working day.
Competitive compensation in US dollars.
Opportunity to work directly with a growing US-based luxury hospitality company.
Career development opportunities in operations and project management.
