Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month
Full-time; generally 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, with flexibility to discuss later hours or Saturdays

The client is a U.S.-based business software company specializing in ERP and business management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Founded in 1993, the company focuses on SAP Business One, helping clients streamline operations, automate processes, and improve productivity through implementation, consulting, and SAP-certified solutions.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a client-facing Support Consultant to review and resolve SAP Business One tickets. You’ll work with a support manager, client consultants, and other subject-matter experts when issues need to be escalated. This role is open to a junior-level candidate who has solid SAP Business One knowledge and is comfortable asking for help when needed.
You Will:
Review incoming tickets and resolve issues directly with clients.
Troubleshoot issues involving SAP Business One and, over time, learn the client’s software and other add-ons.
Gather input from the support manager, client consultant, or another specialist when needed.
Escalate or reassign tickets that require someone else’s expertise.
About You:
Your Background:
Hands-on SAP Business One experience
Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to hold a comfortable conversation in English. Advanced English is preferred.
Experience in support or ERP implementation and consulting.
Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution workflows is preferred. Strong knowledge in another relevant functional area may also be considered.
A willingness to work through problems and escalate appropriately.
Nice to Have:
Accounting knowledge or broader ERP experience.
Experience with integrations, technical troubleshooting, or software development.
Availability for later Eastern-time hours or Saturdays, if discussed and agreed before hiring. (not mandatory)
Compensation & Perks:
Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD/month.
Two weeks of PTO during the first five years, increasing to three weeks afterward.
Nine U.S. holidays plus two floating days; some holidays can be exchanged for local holidays.
Potential to grow into consulting or cross-train on Acumatica or Syspro.
