Review client requests and coordinate the internal teams responsible for completing each campaign update.
Serve as the primary project owner for assigned key accounts and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate bulk updates and data-heavy workflows while maintaining strong quality control.
Manage media proofing and approval workflows, ensuring issues are identified and resolved before completion.
Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation and workflows in Confluence or similar documentation platforms.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks or potential issues, and proactively coordinate solutions.
Collaborate with Account Management, Design, Implementation, Operations, Product, Development, and other internal teams as needed.
Participate in client and internal meetings and translate client requirements into clear actions for the teams responsible for execution.
Support workflow optimization by identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project turnaround times.
Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and effective workflows.
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, creative services, or a similar environment.
Experience managing high-volume, complex, or data-heavy projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
Experience coordinating work across multiple internal teams or departments.
Strong quality assurance and attention-to-detail skills, with a track record of minimizing errors and rework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate client requirements into clear instructions and documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
Ability to identify potential issues proactively and take ownership of getting projects across the finish line.
Strong proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
