About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing leader in the solar panel industry, known for their technical expertise, customer-first mindset, and long-term commitment to sustainable energy solutions. As their operations expand, they’re investing in their tech infrastructure and looking for top engineering talent to help scale mission-critical systems.
About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join the team and take ownership of complex backend architecture. You’ll work alongside a high-performance tech group supporting multiple business units. The focus is on building robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that eliminate manual QA, prevent failure, and drive growth.
Backend & Salesforce Expertise
Develop, maintain, and optimize custom Salesforce backend logic using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Architect and manage advanced automations (lead routing, batch jobs, data normalization, validation logic, etc.)
Handle integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth flows, and webhooks
Own error handling, performance, and uptime across custom Salesforce implementations
Maintain and extend Salesforce DevOps practices (SFDX, CI/CD, version control)
Systems & Tooling Integration
Build and troubleshoot integrations with complex dialer systems (e.g., Twilio, Five9, Aircall, AWS)
Solve real-world sync issues: field mismatches, campaign attribution errors, and lead duplication
Use tooling like VS Code, GitHub, Gearset, or Copado for deployment and versioning
Behavior & Problem-Solving
Own the backend: if it breaks, you fix it—or better, it doesn’t break at all
Translate business requirements into clean, scalable solutions
Stay ahead of issues through proactive data health monitoring
Thrive in messy or legacy environments—you refactor and optimize, not complain
3+ years of experience in Salesforce backend development
Strong command of Apex, SOQL, LWC, and custom automations
Solid experience with API integrations and DevOps tools
English: Advanced fluency (written and spoken)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly responsive
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Comfortable with autonomy and high accountability
Obsessed with uptime, performance, and clean logic
Industry experience in solar, energy, insurance, financial services, or home services
Familiarity with lead gen, call center logic, or sales ops workflows
Exposure to external data sync via Heroku, AWS Lambda, or other platforms
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architect)
The Salesforce backend is stable, fast, and invisible to end users
Automations eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce QA burden
Problems are solved before they escalate
Sales teams trust the system—because it works
Competitive compensation in USD
3 weeks of paid time off per year
Fully remote work environment
A high-impact role in a growing U.S. company with a modern tech stack
