At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with exciting remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company:
Our client is an AI-native growth service helping D2C health and e-commerce brands build, test, and optimize high-converting growth funnels. They improve onsite conversion and lifecycle marketing through strategy, design, implementation, experimentation, and measurement.
The company combines AI-powered tools with product management expertise to help clients improve conversion rates, revenue per visitor, and email campaign performance. Their team is growing quickly and uses AI to give a lean team the leverage of a much larger organization.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Associate Growth Product Manager to develop growth strategies and turn them into structured, measurable experiments. You’ll own experiments from idea and specification through build, launch, analysis, and readout.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, resourceful, and highly autonomous. You should be comfortable using AI tools to create, test, QA, and improve digital experiences without relying on large design or engineering teams.
You Will:
Develop growth opportunities into clear experiment specifications, including hypotheses, target audiences, success metrics, and implementation plans.
Build and launch landing pages, website variants, email flows, and other growth assets using AI tools and internal platforms.
Use AI tools to support design, implementation, QA, debugging, and iteration.
Analyze experiment performance and turn data into clear recommendations for next steps.
Manage experiment backlogs and priorities across client accounts.
Create clear experiment readouts and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with account managers, clients, designers, engineers, and other product managers.
Ensure all client-facing changes are high quality, bug-free, aligned with brand standards, and ready to launch.
Take ownership of projects from initial idea through measurable results.
About You:
Your Background:
Product management experience is valuable, but high-potential junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, growth, experimentation, or lifecycle marketing is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and using evidence to make decisions.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working with AI tools to improve the speed and quality of your work.
Basic design and writing judgment, with the ability to maintain a polished, brand-aligned user experience.
Detail-oriented, especially when reviewing work that will go live for customers.
Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to learn independently and operate with limited direction.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, SQL, data analysis, or lifecycle/email marketing.
Experience running A/B tests, conversion-rate optimization initiatives, or growth experiments.
Client-facing experience or experience managing stakeholder expectations.
Familiarity with workflow automation, AI agents, or AI-enabled product development.
Experience working with offshore or distributed engineering teams.
Experience in health, consumer technology, D2C, or e-commerce companies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: Competitive USD monthly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Paid time off: 15 days annually.
Equipment: Candidates may use their own equipment; a computer can be provided if needed.
Tools: The company covers required ongoing software and AI-tool subscriptions.
