Join our US client in helping homeowners access services designed to improve energy efficiency and comfort in their homes. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative / Scheduler to serve as the primary point of contact for customers enrolled in the company’s multi-service program.
In this role, you will combine customer service, scheduling, account coordination, and problem-solving responsibilities. You will manage customer inquiries and appointments, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, follow up on open requests, and ensure customers remain informed throughout the service process.
This is a fast-paced, service-oriented role for someone who enjoys multitasking, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple priorities organized.
This is a remote, contractor role.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers enrolled in the company’s multi-service program.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and clarity.
Coordinate appointments across multiple services and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time.
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, tracking service history, open requests, follow-ups, and overall satisfaction.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment schedules, service status, and relevant updates.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
Track customer requests and follow-ups to ensure outstanding items are properly addressed.
Document customer interactions, service notes, and preferences accurately in the CRM and/or project management system.
Maintain organized and up-to-date account information while managing multiple customers, services, and priorities simultaneously.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, scheduling, or another client-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, clear, and professional approach.
Experience coordinating multiple accounts, appointments, services, or priorities simultaneously.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively and empathetically.
Comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate customer service, scheduling, CRM, and/or project management platforms.
Familiarity with project or service management systems is a plus, but not required.
Clear and concise English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability or schedule adjustments as needed.
