At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company
Data Discourse helps businesses improve their analytics through a managed modern data stack. Its initial focus is SaaS and tech companies with 1M-50M in revenue; prospects generally need to use at least two of HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks Online, and Stripe.
About the Role
We’re looking for an outbound marketer who is excited to use AI to build and scale a repeatable prospecting process. You’ll work closely with the CEO, who will train you on the team’s internally developed agents, and coordinate with an inbound marketer as the team grows. The immediate focus is a three to four month marketing sprint to demonstrate traction.
You Will
Use and help improve AI-assisted workflows for prospect research, contact discovery, email validation, and outreach.
Identify companies that fit the target profile, including their use of HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks Online, and Stripe.
Build prospect lists, write outreach emails, run sequences, and track activity in the team’s systems.
LinkedIn outbound: 1:1 connection requests, DMs, and follow-up to targeted prospects (not content or posting)
Call interested prospects to answer initial questions and book qualified meetings.
Meeting scheduling: book qualified conversations directly onto Craig's calendar
CRM/pipeline hygiene: log outreach, track prospect status, report contact and conversion rates
About You
Your Background
Hands-on experience building and scaling outbound prospecting campaigns and explaining the tools, sequences, and results behind your work.
Strong AI curiosity and practical confidence using automation or agents in your workflow—this is the top priority.
Strong written English for cold email copy; strong spoken English for LinkedIn voice
notes/calls if needed
Fluency with outbound tools and workflows. Experience with comparable platforms is welcome; prior use of every tool in our stack is not required.
Comfortable speaking with interested prospects and taking initiative to turn positive replies into booked meetings.
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by ownership in an evolving process.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to SaaS or technology companies.
Familiarity with the value of a modern data stack and analytics services.
Experience measuring sequence volume, response rates, and conversion to booked calls.
