Our client is a real estate development and investment company managing large-scale projects and raising capital through its fund. The company operates with a lean internal team and a broad network of third-party consultants and contractors.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly. You will help bring structure, prioritization, and follow-through to a fast-moving business environment. This role requires someone proactive, confident, highly organized, and comfortable managing up.
You Will:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, calendar, follow-ups, and daily priorities.
Prepare a daily brief by 8:00am ET outlining key tasks, meetings, deadlines, and outstanding items.
Track approvals, action items, deadlines, and internal follow-ups across the team.
Coordinate internal communications and help ensure important items do not fall through the cracks.
Support investor-facing activities, relationship management, meetings, and events as needed.
Create reports, research, and strategic support materials.
Proactively improve workflows and help the CEO use executive support effectively.
Handle occasional personal tasks when needed.
About You:
Your Background:
4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a senior Executive Assistant role supporting C-level leaders.
Proven experience supporting executives and proactively managing priorities, follow-ups, and daily operations.
Strong experience with inbox and calendar management, executive operations, and internal coordination.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new systems quickly.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
High ethical standards, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proactive, confident, and comfortable reminding senior leaders when needed.
Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with investor fundraising, relationship support, or real estate-related operations.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, SharePoint, Monday.com, Canva, or similar CRM and project-management tools.
Experience coordinating events or investor meetings.
Personal assistant experience.
