Our client is a mission-driven performance marketing agency supporting education and nonprofit organizations through paid media, data, and digital marketing services.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Data and Analytics Manager to own the agency’s analytics strategy, reporting, conversion tracking, and data infrastructure. You’ll work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Web Services, SEO, client teams, and external partners while managing the Data Engineer and Marketing Tracking Specialist.
You Will:
Develop and maintain analytics strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
Own client-facing and internal dashboards, reporting, and insight generation.
Define KPI frameworks, identify trends and anomalies, and communicate actionable recommendations.
Design, implement, and audit end-to-end conversion tracking across paid media and digital channels.
Manage data flows between CRMs and upstream marketing systems.
Lead tracking troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement fixes to protect data integrity.
Maintain tracking documentation, tagging plans, data dictionaries, and QA checklists.
Partner with Paid Media, Web Services, and SEO teams on campaign performance and measurement.
Manage and support the Data Engineer and Marketing Tracking Specialist.
About You:
Your Background:
5+ years of hands-on marketing analytics experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Strong expertise in conversion tracking, pixel and tag implementation, GA4, and GTM.
Experience managing CRM data flows with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate, or similar platforms.
Experience with data extraction, integration, visualization, dashboards, and marketing reporting.
Understanding of Paid Media and SEO KPIs.
Experience with CRO in lead-generation environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
Analytical, highly organized, proactive, and solution-driven.
Experience managing people and cross-functional priorities.
Nice to Have:
Adverity experience is strongly preferred.
Education marketing experience, ideally traditional or online education.
Experience with Funnel or comparable data-flow tools.
Experience with statistical analysis, experiment design, and predictive analytics.
