Our client is a global enterprise technology company with teams and stakeholders across different businesses and functions.
They are looking for a very experienced, hands-on Project Manager to support a product team and work across multiple stakeholders within the organization.
The Project Manager will support a product team and independently manage projects, deadlines, trackers, and stakeholder follow-through with minimal oversight.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across teams within a multinational environment. The person in this role will also use AI tools, including Copilot and AI agents, to improve productivity and streamline project management workflows.
• Manage projects and programs across global teams
• Independently manage project deadlines, trackers, action items, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams and businesses
• Track action items and ensure stakeholder follow-through
• Use Copilot and AI agents to support day-to-day project management
• Use AI to turn meetings into action items
• Use AI to draft project updates
• Use AI to automate follow-ups
• Use AI to maintain project trackers
• Use AI to improve action tracking and task follow-through
• Use AI to synthesize project information and create project reports
• Support a product team and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience working across global teams within a multinational corporation
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive writing skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Hands-on experience using Copilot and AI agents to streamline project management
• Ability to provide concrete examples of how AI is used in day-to-day project management
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, trackers, and stakeholder follow-through with minimal oversight
• Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Availability to work Pacific Time hours
• Experience working within a product team
• Exposure to GTM
• Exposure to product or portfolio strategy
• Exposure to sales enablement
• $4,000 - $4,500 USD per month
