They are looking for a senior, hands-on marketing professional who can take ownership of their content and digital marketing initiatives and become a key member of the team.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the company’s content and digital presence.
The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive, hands-on marketer who can develop content strategies, create and coordinate high-quality video content, manage the company website, produce written content, and support webinars and other marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with internal subject matter experts, sales engineers, and technical teams to turn complex technology topics into engaging content for customers and prospects. You will also coordinate with external freelancers and a digital marketing agency when specialized support is needed.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while also getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy across the company’s key digital channels.
Generate creative ideas for YouTube videos, webinars, blog posts, and other content formats.
Own the planning, production, and publishing of YouTube content, coordinating with internal experts and external freelancers when needed.
Create and publish engaging blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and other written content.
Plan and coordinate recurring webinars and other educational content initiatives.
Manage and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, structure, usability, and overall digital experience.
Support the ongoing evolution and future revamp of the website to make it more user-friendly and optimized for modern and AI-driven search experiences.
Create and update marketing collateral, including datasheets, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
Work with sales engineers, technical writers, and other subject matter experts to transform technical information into clear, engaging marketing content.
Coordinate external freelancers and creative resources for specialized work such as video editing, design, and content production.
Serve as the main internal marketing point of contact for the company’s external digital marketing agency.
Collaborate with the agency on SEO, paid media, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives while maintaining ownership of the company’s broader content strategy.
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content ideation, production, research, and workflows.
Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve the company’s marketing efforts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative marketing, or a related field.
Strong experience developing and executing content strategies.
Hands-on experience creating and managing video content, particularly for YouTube.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating blogs, thought leadership content, or other long-form content.
Experience managing and updating websites through a CMS. HubSpot experience is highly valued.
Experience planning and coordinating webinars or other virtual events.
Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and turn them into actionable marketing initiatives.
Ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate complex information into accessible content.
Experience working with designers, video editors, freelancers, or other external creative resources.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives.
Proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, networking, or a technical environment is a plus, but not required.
Strong English communication skills.
