Our client is a leading U.S. commercial real estate firm. Their marketing and creative team supports real estate agents nationwide by producing high-quality corporate,property and agent marketing materials. The team is fully remote and distributed across multiple U.S. time zones.
Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Production Designer who is fast, accurate, and detail-oriented. You’ll produce a range of real estate marketing materials, including multi-page property booklets, flyers, social media graphics and other print and digital assets, focusing on layout, consistency, and error-free execution rather than original creative concepts. You’ll collaborate closely with a Team Lead and the broader production team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who enjoys hands-on production work, can handle high volumes, and takes pride in clean, polished layouts.
Responsibilities
Produce multi-page property marketing booklets, flyers, social media graphics and other print and digital marketing materials.
Work in Adobe InDesign along with other design and templated marketing platforms used by the company
Adapt and populate layouts and marketing materials with property data, images, maps, and tables.
Handle a high volume of work and multiple concurrent requets, following checklists and processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Production Design Team Lead, incorporating feedback and implementing corrections quickly.
Ensure consistency across projects (margins, spacing, fonts, colors, image placement, etc.).
Resize and adapt creative assets for different print and digital applications as needed.
Flag issues or missing assets and communicate clearly with the team when something is unclear.
Meet agreed turnaround times while maintaining high quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in graphic design, production design, marketing design, or similar roles. Recent graduates with relevant design experience or coursework are welcome.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is required.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and design platforms such as Canva or similar tools.
Comfortable working within established brand standards, layouts, and production processes.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Ability to follow instructions, established processes, and feedback carefully.
Good English comprehension skills to understand briefs, revisions, and team communication.
Comfortable learning new tools and systems in a collaborative environment.
Degree or studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communications nor a related field are a plus, but not required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time position. Timezone PST preferred
