At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with exciting remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company:
Our client is a growing leader in property services and restoration, helping residential and commercial property owners, property managers, and individuals through comprehensive leak detection, mold remediation, water damage restoration, stucco/exterior repairs, and basement/foundation water management. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior BDR who combines technical mastery with grit and confidence. You’ll handle B2B cold calling using pre-curated lists and collaborate with the in-house sales closer, Promise Browne, and leadership to create qualified leads and revenue growth. This role requires someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable relying on and adapting scripts while maintaining clear communication.
You Will:
Make B2B cold calls (averaging about 6-8 calls per hour, or roughly 50 calls per day) focusing on quality over rapid-fire quantity.
Reach out strictly using curated lists and contact information provided for target demographics such as property managers, other contractors, and inspectors.
Record interactions, track notes, and move through lists systematically in the CRM (monday CRM preferred, or HubSpot/Salesforce).
Start off learning approved scripts to understand foundational details and later adapt wording in your own voice and tone to each conversation.
Convert cold leads into warm leads and hand them off seamlessly to the in-house closer for closing.
Maintain professional communication and handle objections effectively with clients.
About You:
Your Background:
Proven background in B2B sales or business development, ideally targeting residential or commercial property management, or possessing a general understanding of the construction/restoration industry.
Strong proficiency in English with clear communication and a neutral accent, ensuring customers can easily understand without friction.
Strong CRM experience (monday.com preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce accepted).
Stable career history demonstrating longevity and a commitment to finding a long-term professional home rather than job-hopping.

Able to thrive under stress and manage complex, ambiguous situations.
Nice to Have:
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-speaking capabilities to assist Spanish-speaking business customers).
Prior experience in adjacent sectors like restoration, waterproofing, roofing, property services, facilities maintenance, or commercial contracting.
