The Role
We're adding a Inside Sales Representative to our client's team to help connect with customers and drive new deal conversions through proactive outreach. This role plays a key part in scaling operations and supporting a growing sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, helping them complete applications and move deals forward.
Educate customers on our products and solutions, guiding them through the process.
Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer interactions using standard CRM and communication tools.
Develop relationships with customers to increase revenue and ensure satisfaction.
Spearhead the deal escalation process and resolve complex customer problems.
Gather feedback from customers to help improve processes and offerings.
Monitor customer complaints and take action to resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly activity goals.
What You Bring
Amazing customer service skills with an exceptional demeanor over phone and email.
Experience in outbound calling, customer support, or sales environments.
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude.
Comfort adapting to a fast-paced startup environment and shifting priorities.
Enjoy taking initiative and working collaboratively on a team with frequent communication.
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Schedule and Availability
Shifts fall within standard US business hours (Eastern Time), subject to change as business needs evolve.
Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday).
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM systems and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
Prior experience working remotely.
