Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $1,200 - $1,350 USD/month
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Contractor
Schedule: 5 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–9 PM Eastern Time, 5 days/week (including one day of the weekend)

About the Company
Our client provides remote drive-through ordering support for restaurant locations in the U.S. They are launching a pilot at a one location of a fast-food restaurant chain.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle incoming drive-through orders remotely. You’ll provide friendly, clear customer service, use a POS system, and stay ready to support customers during both busy periods and quieter periods.
You Will
Take drive-through orders remotely for a fast-food restaurant location.
Greet customers using the required order-taking script.
Use the POS system accurately to enter and manage orders.
Deliver professional, friendly service and handle customer interactions confidently.
Remain available and responsive throughout scheduled shifts.
Adapt quickly during peak hours and unexpected customer situations.
Follow scheduled breaks based on store coverage needs.
About You
Your Background
Fluent English and strong Spanish; professional phone presence.
Prior customer support/call center or POS experience.
Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with the ability to follow scripts and processes.
Basic technical skills, including browser navigation and using web-based systems.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently from home.
Reliable computer (2020 or newer), quiet workspace, and stable internet (latency/speed test required as part of screening process).
Availability to work at least one weekend day.
