About the client
Our client runs organic Reddit campaigns for B2B customers. The team is around 12 people, and most of their customers are based in the U.S.
About the role
You will be the main point of contact for a growing base of B2B customers (21 today), making sure they feel supported, informed and happy with the results. As the customer base grows, there is room to grow with it, including a path toward leading account management.
Responsibilities:
- ???????Be the day-to-day contact for customers, mainly through Slack
- Run the onboarding call with each new customer
- Run monthly review calls with each customer
- Coordinate with the content team when a customer needs something (for example, asking them to prioritize a request), without managing them
- Send the weekly Friday updates to customers (prepared by the content team)
- Report problems, bottlenecks and customer feedback to the founder
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Advanced English (C1), written and spoken, for daily communication with U.S. customers
- Strong soft skills: proactive, great communicator and comfortable leading customer conversations
- Ownership and initiative: you flag issues early instead of waiting to be asked
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation:2,000 to 4,000 per month, depending on experience
- Commission: 10% to 15% on upsells
- 11 U.S. holidays
- 2 weeks of PTO after the first six months
