Keep multiple stakeholders aligned and on track across overlapping projects and deadlines
Occasionally coordinate on events taking place in the EU
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience planning or coordinating physical events, ideally in the US (due to payment systems and contract structures); prior experience with EU events is a plus
Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday (we use Asana)
Basic, beginner-level familiarity with Salesforce, enough to read and understand a report; we'll teach the rest
HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have, not required
Fluent, confident written and spoken English
A direct, low-ego communicator who takes feedback well and applies it
Strong people skills, this role is about bringing many stakeholders together and keeping them organized
No travel required for this role
Compensation & Perks
$2,000 - $2,800 monthly based on experience.
21 days of paid time off, plus the week between Christmas and New Year's
Up to 11 local holidays in your country of residence
