Our client is a US-based company that helps alcoholic beverage brands access the US market through market access, sales fulfillment, and compliance management solutions. They work with a wide range of clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support compliance activities across multiple US states.
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining state pricing compliance across the US.
Note: This is a remote, contractor role. At this point, we can only consider candidates based in Argentina and Colombia.
Review and respond to supplier and client requests received by email.
Submit pricing and discount schedules to applicable state markets accurately and on time.
Maintain price records across internal and external systems.
Enter, update, and reconcile data across multiple files and formats.
Identify discrepancies in data and flag issues for resolution.
Support data-mapping and special projects, such as matching SKUs to state codes.
Track requests through completion and communicate progress, blockers, or delays proactively.
Collaborate with teammates during regular check-ins to review pending work and priorities.
Assist the broader team with additional operational and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Follow established processes while using sound judgment for requests that require clarification or escalation.
2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, operations, or a related field.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, data entry, copy/paste, and working across multiple files.
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies before they become issues.
Curious and proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills and confidence flagging blockers or escalating issues when needed.
Comfortable working with some ambiguity and using judgment within established processes.
Comfortable communicating by phone when needed.
Proficient English level.
Experience in a role combining data entry and customer-facing responsibilities.
Data analysis or data reconciliation experience.
Experience with pivot tables.
Compensation range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month. Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate’s seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
