We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our client’s team. Our client is a Salesforce consulting partner specializing in healthcare and life sciences.
Analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative automation tools such as Flows.
Configure and optimize Salesforce platform functionality, including validation rules, workflows, data management, and business processes.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce solutions that support business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
Participate in technical architecture and solution design discussions, recommending Salesforce best practices and scalable solutions.
Follow development lifecycle best practices to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Use Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD tools to support version control, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues, support ongoing enhancements, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and end users when needed.
Manage multiple Salesforce projects and priorities simultaneously.
Contribute to internal initiatives focused on innovation, reusable solutions, and continuous improvement.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
Experience with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and design effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders with different levels of technical knowledge.
Strong documentation and code quality practices.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a consulting environment.
At least two Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator.
Availability to work during standard U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours.
MuleSoft experience.
Experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations.
Experience with enterprise integrations, middleware, or integration architecture.
Familiarity with authentication and security protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, or Basic Authentication.
Experience with legacy system modernization, microservices, or SOA environments.
Experience mentoring developers or contributing to reusable solution assets.
