Remote (Latin America-based)
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Contractor.
Schedule: Aligned with Central Time; client team typically works 7:30 AM–4:00 PM CT.

About the Company:
Our client, Ned’s Home, is a growing home-services company. As the business expands, they are building out their Accounts Receivable function and investing in a dedicated team to support accurate, consistent AR operations.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support core accounts receivable processes, with an initial focus on payment applications. You’ll work closely with the AR team, including another AR Analyst and the Assistant Controller, to keep records organized, complete, and accurate.
This role is ideal for someone early in their AR career who is detail-oriented, organized, attentive, and comfortable with repetitive but important operational work.
You Will:
Support payment application processes after completing initial training.
Review and organize AR-related files and documentation in the appropriate folders.
Monitor email communications and follow up on assigned items.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is filed correctly.
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team throughout onboarding and day-to-day operations.
Learn and use RealGreen and PestPac through company-provided training.
Ask questions as needed while building confidence and accuracy in the role.
About You:
Your Background:
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounting operations, banking, or a related field.
Familiarity with Excel and Outlook is required.
Comfortable working with detailed, repetitive processes that require accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to check email and manage incoming tasks consistently.
Professional English communication skills for an internal, English-speaking work environment.
Comfortable communicating with a U.S.-based team; accents are welcome as long as communication is clear.
Proactive, career-oriented, and motivated to grow in an AR-focused role.
Nice to Have:
Experience with payment applications.
Experience in a bank, accounting, or finance-related environment.
Familiarity with RealGreen and/or PestPac.
Experience organizing files, records, or financial documentation.
