About our client
Our client manufactures premium powder-coated garage door hardware sold through dealers and distributors across the continental US. Our flagship line and patent-pending are sold B2B through an authorized dealer program and distribution partnerships. Marketing here directly drives dealer acquisition, distributor partnerships, and reorder revenue.
About the Role
You will own marketing execution across two lanes: always-on brand and social content, and structured launch campaigns for product releases and distribution partnerships. Recent example of the second lane: a multi-week partner launch coordinated across two companies, covering teaser and announcement social sequences, a trade press release, a segmented three-email campaign, dealer and rep enablement collateral, and post-launch lead capture into our CRM. You will build the plan, track every asset, hit the gates, and report on results.
This is an AI-forward role. We expect you to use AI as a force multiplier across everything you do here: drafting and refining copy, generating and iterating imagery, building campaign plans, analyzing performance, and automating the repetitive parts of your own workflow. If you are a 9 out of 10 on putting AI to work in marketing, you will thrive here. If you are still writing everything from a blank page and waiting on a designer for every graphic, this is not the right fit.
What You'll Do
Campaign management
• Build and run integrated launch campaigns for product releases and partner announcements: phased timelines, asset trackers, dependencies, and launch gates
• Write and sequence campaign content end to end: teaser posts, announcement posts, press releases, and multi-touch email campaigns with segmentation (launch, non-opener resend, engaged follow-up, nurture)
• Coordinate deliverables across THP, partner marketing teams, and outside creative, keeping owners, statuses, and due dates current in a shared tracker
• Produce dealer and rep enablement collateral for launches: sell sheets, FAQs, pricing cards, order guides, talk tracks
• Set up campaign tracking: UTM conventions, attribution plans, and lead imports into Zoho CRM so campaign results are measurable
Ongoing brand and social
• Plan, write, and schedule weekly LinkedIn and Meta content in THP's brand voice, targeted at garage door dealers, installers, and distributors
• Maintain a rolling content calendar tied to launches, trade events, and the dealer program • Brief and traffic creative with our outside design team in ClickUp; produce first-pass graphics and concepts yourself with AI tools where it speeds things up
• Draft and send dealer-facing email campaigns in Brevo
• Maintain the marketing asset library with consistent naming conventions and folder structure
AI leverage
• Use AI tools daily for copy drafting, image generation and editing, campaign ideation, and content repurposing across channels
• Build reusable prompts, templates, and lightweight workflows so campaign production gets faster over time
• Use AI to analyze campaign performance and turn results into concrete next actions • Stay current on marketing AI tooling and bring recommendations, not just usage
What We're Looking For
• 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing with demonstrated campaign management experience; you have owned a multi-channel launch from plan to readout, not just contributed assets to one
• Advanced, hands-on AI proficiency; you can show real examples of AI-produced marketing work you shipped and explain your process for getting quality output, not just name the tools
• Strong copywriting in a direct, no-filler style; you edit AI output into brand voice rather than publishing generic slop
• Experience marketing to a trade, dealer, or distributor audience (garage door, building products, HVAC, tools, or similar channel-driven industries preferred); you understand channel conflict and why demand gets routed through partners
• Working knowledge of email segmentation and campaign logic (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar), UTM tracking, and CRM lead flows (Zoho a plus)
• Organized enough to run a 20-plus asset tracker with dependencies and keep it accurate without being chased
