Their team combines marketplace strategy, content, creative, and operations to help brands improve their digital presence and drive growth across channels.
Join our US client as a Content Coordinator supporting the Marketplace Partnerships – Content team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in ecommerce content, digital merchandising, catalog management, or marketplace operations.
In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate, compelling, and brand-aligned product content across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. You’ll work closely with Content Strategists, Designers, Account Managers, and Operations teams across multiple brands, helping ensure content is executed accurately and on time.

This is a remote, contractor role.
Manage and upload product content across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms, including product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and bundles.
Maintain accurate product listings, catalog information, assets, and product details according to brand guidelines.
Execute bulk uploads, content migrations, feed updates, and structured catalog changes.
Conduct regular content audits to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Organize and maintain asset libraries, catalog data, SKU mappings, asset naming conventions, and version control.
Coordinate product detail updates and catalog restructuring while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Collaborate with Content Strategists and Designers to translate brand strategies into creative briefs, revisions, and content refreshes.
Coordinate with Strategy, Design, Account Management, and Operations teams across multiple brands and projects.
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables while proactively following up to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools and automation.
Approximately 2 years of experience in ecommerce content, digital merchandising, marketplace management, catalog operations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing product listings, catalogs, or digital content across ecommerce platforms.
Experience with Amazon is strongly preferred, particularly Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Shopify, Walmart, or similar ecommerce marketplaces is a plus.
Experience with bulk uploads, feeds, structured catalog updates, or content migrations is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive approach to communication, task management, and problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with designers or creating creative briefs is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana.
Curiosity about AI tools, workflow automation, and ways to improve operational efficiency.
Professional English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Competitive compensation in US dollars.
Compensation: $1,500 USD per month / $18,000 USD annually.
