About the Company:
Our client is an AI consulting and custom development company that helps businesses identify and build practical AI-enabled solutions. They work across industries including finance, manufacturing, and entertainment, delivering internal tools and custom software for clients.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work across client projects and build reliable, AI-enabled software from the ground up. You’ll contribute to two projects at a time, collaborate with project managers and founders, and help shape the technical approach for each engagement.
This role requires someone who is resourceful, curious, excited about AI, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environments. You should be able to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for code quality.
You Will:
Build and ship full-stack web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
Work across client projects simultaneously, primarily developing internal B2B tools.
Help define the technical approach for new projects based on business requirements.
Build AI-enabled features and integrations using LLM APIs such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Participate in daily standups and collaborate with project managers and founders.
Join occasional client meetings to answer technical questions and provide engineering support.
Use AI coding tools thoughtfully to accelerate development while reviewing and validating outputs.
Research unfamiliar technical domains and bring recommendations or solutions to the team.
Deliver high-quality, reliable code at a pace aligned with client expectations.
About You:
Your Background:
Mid-level to senior level experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
Experience building production applications with AI or LLM APIs.
Experience building LLM applications, AI-powered products, or agents.
Startup, early-stage, side-project, or other zero-to-one development experience.
Comfortable working in new codebases and making technical decisions from scratch.
Conversational English proficiency or higher; comfortable joining client calls and answering technical questions.
Able to work within U.S.Pacifc time-zone overlap.
Curious about AI and actively interested in learning, experimenting, and improving your workflow.
Proactive and self-directed; you communicate when blocked rather than waiting for direction.
Detail-oriented, with sound judgment around AI-generated code and technical quality.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Vercel, Clerk, Railway, Azure, or AWS.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
Experience in consulting, agency, or client-services environments.
Experience working directly with clients or supporting technical conversations.
Interest in contributing ideas beyond individual project delivery.
Compensation & Perks:
Compensation: $5,000–$8,000 USD/month, depending on seniority and experience.
12 days of paid time off.
U.S. company holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and a company-wide week off around July 4.
Flexibility to swap applicable U.S. holidays for relevant national holidays.
AI learning stipend.
