About the role
The Accounting Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of core operational processes across invoicing, onboarding, documentation, shared systems, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Process invoicing for assigned sales representatives and support related follow-up.
- Support agents with accounting-related requests, including vendor setups, artist payment questions, and client requests.
- Assist with artist onboarding in partnership with agents, ensuring accurate setup and documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and data entry across shared systems, internal CRM tools, and related operational records.
- Support communication related to invoicing revisions, reporting updates, and other accounting follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding revisions, reporting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable support.
- Support recurring calendar, scheduling, audit, and administrative coordination tasks as assigned.
- Participate in weekly operations meetings and collaborate across functions to help maintain consistent service levels.
- Cross-train and provide backup coverage for teammates as needed.
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with hands-on knowledge of the full cycle from invoice to bill to payable/receivable
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, client- and agent-facing
- Flexible, detail-oriented, team-oriented, with a positive attitude under pressure

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
