Conduct research related to litigation, liens, property records, corporate registrations, and other diligence requirements.
Communicate directly with brokers, lenders, vendors, agents, attorneys, and other third parties to gather information, request documentation, and follow up on open items.
Prepare clear and concise deal sheets, investment summaries, and research workups for review by the Partners and Principals.
Synthesize large amounts of information and identify relevant findings, risks, inconsistencies, and items requiring further investigation.
Maintain accurate deal records, pipeline information, documentation, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and other deal-related activities as needed.
Manage follow-ups proactively and ensure outstanding items continue moving forward.
Flag important issues or developments before they become blockers for the deal team.
Support additional research and investment-related projects across U.S. and Latin American workstreams.
