About Our Client
Our client is a production company specializing in entertainment, audiovisual production, décor, and event services for corporate events, weddings, and other high-end events.
As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a highly organized Project Manager / Event Operations professional to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to the planning and execution of larger events.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager / Event Operations professional to take ownership of the planning and organization of larger events, ensuring timelines, production schedules, tasks, crew, and deadlines stay on track.
This person will act as an accountability partner across the team, following up with team members, identifying outstanding tasks, and helping prevent issues before they create delays.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing people and processes, and highly comfortable with technology. Event industry experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and organization of larger events from a project management perspective
- Create and maintain production schedules, timelines, and deadlines
- Ensure crew is booked and all required people are on task
- Track load-ins, on-site schedules, equipment needs, crew requirements, and other event details
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Hold team members accountable for outstanding tasks and deadlines
- Identify potential issues or missed tasks before they create delays
- Ensure the company's CRM and production schedules are kept up to date
- Work within the company's production software and established processes
- Help improve organization and efficiency across event-related workflows
- During slower periods, research event opportunities, RFPs, and potential business opportunities
- Support occasional outreach through email and LinkedIn when needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant project management, operations, or similar experience
- Strong experience managing projects, timelines, tasks, and deadlines
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following up with people and holding team members accountable
- Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track
- Highly comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Experience working with CRMs or similar workflow-management tools
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency
- Able to work independently and proactively identify what needs to be done
- Event industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Airtable and/or Claude is a big plus
- Comfortable supporting occasional business development and opportunity research during slower periods

- Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 USD per month, depending on experience
- Fully remote, full-time opportunity
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Primarily aligned with Mountain Time (MT), with availability during business hours for team meetings and collaboration
