We are looking for a RevOps & Commissions Analyst I to support commission processing, revenue operations reporting, and data accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and solving operational problems independently. You’ll work closely with internal Sales and Business Operations stakeholders and handle sensitive compensation information.
Generate, review, and distribute commission statements, ensuring accuracy before release.
Support variable compensation plans, SPIFs, and other sales incentive programs.
Respond to employee questions related to commissions, compensation plans, and Salesforce deal information.
Create ad hoc Salesforce reports for AEs and managers, including territory, account, and bookings reporting.
Perform data audits across commercial systems and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and easy for stakeholders to use.
Track requests and projects through Jira and support additional RevOps/BizOps initiatives as needed.
As the role grows, help build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
3+ years of experience working with data, operations, compensation, analytics, or similar processes involving data validation and quality checks.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce and confidence navigating CRM data independently.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with numbers and large data sets.
Advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for working directly with internal US-based stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Previous experience with sales commissions, variable compensation, payroll, or incentive programs.
Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, Compensation, or Data Analytics.
Experience working with additional commercial systems such as HubSpot or Clari.
Experience using Jira or similar project/ticket management tools.
Experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, or other recurring business reporting.
Compensation depending on experience and seniority.
100% remote position for candidates based in Latin America.
Contractor arrangement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
Time off: US Holidays + unlimited PTO requests after the first 3 months.
