Our client is an innovative healthcare company in the DME and digital health space, helping patients access specialized care through a focused product offering. They operate as a distributed global team and are building processes, payer relationships, and operational infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an SWO (Prescription) Representative who is proactive, organized, and persistent in driving prescription follow-up. You’ll own the process of obtaining signed SWOs, following up with physician offices and patients as needed, reviewing documentation, and moving orders forward in the workflow. This role requires someone who takes ownership, is comfortable with repeated follow-up, and can manage a high-volume workload with urgency and precision.
You Will:
Call physician offices to obtain signed SWOs/prescriptions for DME orders.
Contact patients and providers as needed to support order completion and next steps.
Work within Parachute Health and related systems to track, manage, and move orders through the workflow.
Use HubSpot and internal systems to document activity, track follow-ups, and manage workload.
Identify missing documentation or information and follow up until resolved.
Support benefits and eligibility verification when needed.
Push completed orders to the next stage for shipment or escalation.
About You:
Your Background:
Experience in healthcare, DME, patient coordination, order processing, referrals, or prescription workflows.
Strong experience with Parachute Health is preferred.
Strong experience with HubSpot is preferred.
Experience managing orders, documentation, and provider/patient follow-up in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
Medical background is strongly valued, even if the exact tools can be learned.
HIPAA awareness and strong judgment with patient information.
Professional English communication skills; able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based offices and patients.

Nice to Have:
Experience verifying insurance benefits and eligibility.
Experience with fax/EMR-based prescription workflows.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: 1,800–2,000 USD/month
Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST.
Benefits: 15 days PTO + 10 holidays
