They operate as a distributed global team and are building processes, payer relationships, and operational infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Endorsement Specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident following up with providers and internal stakeholders to keep orders moving. You’ll manage incoming referrals and prescriptions, review documentation for completeness, verify benefits and eligibility when needed, and help move DME orders through the appropriate workflow. This role requires someone who is assertive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a high-volume healthcare operations environment.
You Will:
Work incoming healthcare/DME referrals and prescriptions through Parachute Health and related systems.
Review orders for completeness, including physician signatures and required documentation.
Verify benefits and eligibility when needed and help move orders to the next stage for shipment.
Follow up on missing information with physician offices and other stakeholders.
Manage tickets, follow-up activities, and documentation in HubSpot and internal systems.
Support high-volume queues and maintain strong accuracy while working independently.
Collaborate with the broader operations team as workflows continue to be refined and restructured.
About You:
Your Background:
Experience in healthcare operations, medical administration, medical billing, DME, referrals, authorizations, or related workflows.
Experience processing and managing healthcare/DME orders is strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Parachute Health is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including documentation and follow-up tracking, is preferred.
Familiarity with benefits and eligibility verification.
HIPAA awareness and comfort handling sensitive patient information appropriately.
Professional English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail

Task-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems
Nice to Have:
Experience using fax-based EMR workflows.
Experience with NicoHealth or similar healthcare systems.
Prior experience in DME, prior authorizations, insurance verification, or patient coordination.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operations teams

Compensation: 1,800–2,000 USD/month
Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST.
Benefits: 15 days PTO + 10 holidays
