Our client, Glowfly RV Resorts, operates multiple RV park properties across the United States. Their team is focused on creating a welcoming guest experience while helping travelers find the right stay and making the reservation process simple and efficient.
We’re looking for a Booking & Reservations Specialist to manage inbound inquiries, help prospective guests choose the right property and stay, and convert qualified leads into reservations.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for guests, so this role is a great fit for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally helpful, and comfortable combining customer service with sales.
You’ll support reservations across five RV park properties and also help generate additional revenue through follow-ups, outbound calls, extended stays, and relevant upsell opportunities.
Handle inbound calls and reservation inquiries across five RV park properties.
Understand each guest’s needs and recommend the most suitable property, site, or stay option.
Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Learn the amenities, site options, and key details of each property.
Manage reservations and booking details using Campspot.
Follow up with previous leads and missed opportunities through GoHighLevel.
Make outbound calls during quieter periods to generate additional bookings.
Identify appropriate upsell opportunities, including extended stays and available on-site add-ons.
Communicate with guests through phone
Route non-sales customer-service questions to the appropriate on-site team member.
Track performance and work toward strong booking-conversion results.
3+ years of sales experience.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Proven ability to convert leads, close sales, and identify upsell opportunities.
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone presence.
Comfortable building rapport quickly and guiding customers toward a decision.
Strong customer-service instincts and a warm, helpful communication style.
Able to learn multiple properties, services, and booking options quickly.
Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of calls during busy periods.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Access to a quiet, professional workspace and dependable internet connection.
Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, accommodations, vacation rentals, campgrounds, or RV parks.
Experience with Campspot or another reservation-management platform.
Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM.
Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
Experience with lead reactivation, outbound sales, or upselling.
$10–$11 USD/hour
