About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, friendly customer service via phone, email, chat, and text
- Answer incoming calls and accurately document customer needs using Microsoft Office tools and ServiceTitan
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal team members using Outlook, Teams, ServiceTitan Chat/Text, etc.
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or follow up on appointments
- Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Educate and support fellow team members on brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist with internal projects and participate in focus groups as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and background in Customer Service.
- Honest, dependable, and empathetic with strong customer service skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy under high workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Must: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or pest control customer service
- Must: Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools
Working Hours
Friday & Monday: 8am-7pm EST, 1 hour lunch
Saturday & Sunday: 7am-6pm EST,1 hour lunch
