With innovation and collaboration at their core, they are transforming how expert networks, AI interviewing, and data infrastructure operate at scale.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who combines strong backend and infrastructure skills with enough frontend ability to build end-to-end products. You’ll help scale core systems across the AI interviewer platform, expert onboarding and monitoring infrastructure, and internal tooling. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity.

You Will:

• Build and scale the AI interviewer platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers

• Develop and improve the expert onboarding and monitoring platform

• Work on backend-heavy infrastructure problems related to scale, quality, automation, and platform reliability

• Build internal tools and support ad hoc product and engineering needs across the company

• Collaborate closely with the CTO, the founding engineer in Latin America, and the broader US team

• Contribute in a high-growth environment where priorities may shift quickly based on company needs

About You:

Your Background:

• Strong full stack engineering experience with a clear strength in backend and infrastructure work

• Strong Python experience

• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Ability to work across both backend systems and frontend product development

• Experience building scalable systems, platforms, or infrastructure

• Excellent English communication skills in a distributed, English-speaking environment

• Able to explain technical work clearly and effectively

• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work in a demanding, high-performance environment

• Strong culture fit and interpersonal presence

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Experience at US-based or US-facing startups

• Experience as an early or founding engineer

• Experience working closely with US teams

• Background in high-growth startup environments

• Longer tenure at previous companies, especially where you grew with the business

• Compensation: $7,500–$10,000 USD/month + equity
