About the Role:
We’re looking for a HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize the company’s HubSpot environment while supporting marketing, sales, and customer-facing operations through smart, scalable system design. You’ll translate business needs into practical CRM solutions, manage day-to-day platform administration, and help build processes that support a fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, collaborative, business-minded, and able to balance execution with strategic thinking.
You Will:
Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including platform maintenance and continuous improvement.
Implement and optimize business processes inside HubSpot based on company requirements.
Build and manage workflows, automations, and CRM processes across the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions.
Support integrations between HubSpot and other tools, partnering with the integration engineer when needed.
Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility into operational performance and business processes.
Maintain data quality and support sustainable CRM best practices.
Balance daily administrative work with higher-impact strategic projects.
Work alongside the current part-time HubSpot admin, providing collaboration and backup support.
Build simple, effective solutions first, while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
About You:
Your Background:
5-7 years of experience in HubSpot administration, CRM operations, or similar systems-focused roles.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, and process implementation.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Comfortable supporting integrations and understanding the technical basics needed to connect HubSpot with other systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Clear, professional English communication skills; accent is not a concern.
A team-player mindset with the ability to work across functions and move projects forward independently.
A proactive, self-taught approach and comfort working through ambiguity.
A strong business mindset — able to think beyond technical execution and understand organizational impact.
Nice to Have:
HubSpot certifications (e.g. Marketing, Sales, CRM Implementation)
Experience in healthcare or health tech.
Experience creating dashboards and reports from scratch.
Experience implementing systems and processes in growing companies.
Interest in expanding into broader systems work beyond HubSpot over time.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $3,000–4,000 USD/month, depending on experience.

Contractor role with a full-time schedule aligned to Eastern Time (8:30AM–5:30PM ET).
