Our client is Rankings.io, a legal marketing company helping elite law firms dominate their markets through SEO, paid media, and data-driven strategy. They are expanding their measurement ecosystem and building stronger attribution across websites, ad platforms, phone calls, and CRM workflows.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Implementation Specialist who combines technical tracking expertise with strong attention to detail. You’ll maintain and improve attribution systems across paid media, organic, social, websites, phone calls, and CRM intake workflows while collaborating with Paid Media, SEO, BI, IT, Account Managers, Project Managers, and other Attribution Specialists. This role requires someone proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and dependable in resolving tracking issues and maintaining clean, accurate data.
You Will:
Maintain and evolve a multi-touch attribution framework across paid media, organic, social, website interactions, phone calls, and CRM intake workflows.
Define and enforce channel classification rules, naming conventions, and lead source hierarchies.
Configure GA4 conversion events, parameters, and user properties to support attribution.
Maintain cross-domain tracking and resolve session stitching, UTM, and traffic inconsistencies.
Implement and maintain tracking across paid media platforms, including enhanced conversions, CAPI, offline conversion imports, click IDs, and lead form tracking.
Collaborate with developers on data layer enhancements, tagging updates, and server-side tracking setups.
Test form submissions, CTAs, button clicks, intake pathways, mobile tracking, and dynamic phone number behavior.
Configure and maintain CallRail numbers, source pools, routing logic, recording settings, and CRM/ad platform integrations.
Ensure attribution continuity from first touch through intake and revenue events.
Map CRM fields to attribution fields such as source, medium, campaign, and keyword.
Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, direct APIs, and webhooks.
Monitor, identify, and remediate tracking breaks caused by website changes, CRM updates, ad platform changes, or automation failures.
Maintain documentation for testing procedures, tracking validations, and failures.
About You:
Your Background:
3+ years of experience in attribution, analytics, or digital measurement.
Strong experience with GA4, platform pixels, enhanced conversions, CAPI, and cross-channel attribution workflows.
Proficiency with Zapier, APIs, and webhook-driven data flows.
Experience troubleshooting form tracking, phone tracking, and intake system attribution.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as LeadDocket, Clio, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and maintain high accuracy in a fast-moving remote environment.

Legal marketing experience.
Experience working closely with BI and IT teams on warehouse and reporting requirements.
Familiarity with spam prevention setups such as CAPTCHAs, bot filters, honey pots, gating logic, and blacklists.
