About the Role

We are looking for a Junior WordPress Content Publishing Specialist to support the publishing and quality control of website content across multiple WordPress sites.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has hands-on WordPress experience and wants to continue developing their skills in website publishing, SEO, and digital content operations.

You will work from established editorial calendars, upload and format content, apply provided SEO elements, and make sure everything is accurate before it goes live. Training will be provided on the team's processes and more advanced publishing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and format blog posts, landing pages, images, and other website content in WordPress.
• Follow editorial calendars and detailed publishing instructions across multiple client websites.
• Format headings, links, images, tables, metadata, and other page elements consistently.
• Review your work carefully for formatting issues, incorrect links, missing assets, or publishing errors.
• Apply provided SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and image alt text.
• Handle minor WordPress or formatting adjustments and escalate more technical issues when needed.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with WordPress 
• Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking work before publishing.
• Experience uploading, formatting, or managing website content.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for simple formatting or troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO and tools such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work accurately across multiple tasks and websites.
• Advanced English skills for clear day-to-day communication with the team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with WordPress editors or page builders such as Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
• Experience working from editorial calendars or content management spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic image editing and optimization.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency.

Benefits & Working Model

• Compensation: $1,200–$1,500 USD/month, depending on experience and skill level.
• 100% remote, full-time contractor position.
