You Will:
Drive direct customer acquisition and expand market share across uncovered LATAM territories from Mexico to Argentina.

Lead market development and brand-building initiatives to position and legitimize the brand across the region.
Execute proactive lead generation and strong cold-calling strategies, acting as an externally facing commercial lead rather than managing inbound demand.
Manage full-cycle sales processes ranging from short-term opportunities to complex, long-term deals spanning multiple months.
Act as the central commercial point of contact for dealers and clients while coordinating closely with internal service and parts divisions.
Utilize CRM software (moving to Infor) to track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and maintain comprehensive account records.
Travel across LATAM and to Italy (roughly 1–2 trips per month) for client visits, dealer events, factory tours, and strategic meetings.

Your Background:
Proven track record as a senior individual contributor in B2B sales across LATAM.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing dealer networks alongside driving direct sales in new or uncovered markets.

High availability and willingness to travel frequently across LATAM and to Italy (1–2 trips per month, including an initial onboarding period at the local factory in Bologna, Italy).
Proficiency with modern CRM systems.
Nice to Have:
Direct background in the crane industry, heavy equipment, or adjacent industrial machinery sectors.
