About the Role:
Join our US client in supporting homeowners through their Weatherization Assistance Program. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, verify applicant information, and help ensure a smooth enrollment process.
In this role, you will oversee the documentation process from verifying paperwork and confirming eligibility to following up with customers and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and field teams to ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify customer paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure applicants meet eligibility requirements based on program guidelines.
Follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail to collect missing documentation.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales and field teams to ensure a seamless application process.
Provide customer support and answer questions regarding required documentation.
Assist with reporting and compliance tracking as needed.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or data processing is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Highly organized and structured approach to work.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to program guidelines and compliance requirements.
Experience with energy assistance, weatherization, or government programs is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
