At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with exciting remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company:
Our client is an innovative company in the insurance / fintech space, helping customers and landlords move through important financial and policy-related workflows through operationally strong systems and communication processes. They work cross-functionally to improve how internal teams use technology, track performance, and support business growth.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a CRM Business Systems Analyst who combines strong HubSpot technical depth with a sales operations mindset. You’ll own the sales-side HubSpot environment, improve workflows, support data quality, and collaborate with sales, marketing, go-to-market, and finance teams to create scalable systems and reporting. This role requires someone who is proactive, technically independent, process-minded, and confident translating business challenges into practical HubSpot solutions.
You Will:
Own and improve the sales-side HubSpot setup
Audit, clean up, and optimize existing sales workflows
Drive HubSpot adoption across the sales team and reduce reliance on offline trackers like Excel
Build processes that improve data quality and prevent bad data entry
Create dashboards and reporting to track sales performance and identify differentiators among top performers
Partner with sales, marketing, strategic go-to-market, and finance stakeholders to align workflows and KPI tracking
Translate day-to-day sales team challenges into effective HubSpot solutions
Help build systems that sales teams want to use as their source of truth
About You:
Your Background:
4+ years of experience in CRM, revenue operations, sales operations, or related business systems work
Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally from a HubSpot engineer, HubSpot developer, or HubSpot administrator background
Experience supporting sales processes inside HubSpot, not just high-level rev ops strategy
Experience building workflows, dashboards, and process improvements directly in HubSpot
Strong understanding of data quality, workflow logic, and sales process optimization
Excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environment
Self-motivated, independent, and able to solve problems without heavy reliance on engineering support
Strong critical thinking and comfort working through ambiguous or abstract business problems
B2B experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have:
Experience moving from a technical HubSpot background into sales ops / rev ops
Consulting-style mindset with strong business process improvement skills
Experience driving CRM adoption across sales teams
Exposure to cross-functional KPI design and performance analysis
Experience working with finance, GTM, or strategic sales teams
Compensation & Benefits:
